What we sell

This is a digital product. You give us details about the couple through an online form, and we write you a wedding speech. The finished speech is delivered as text in an email to the address you provide.

Nothing physical is produced, printed, posted, or shipped. Nobody attends, performs at, or speaks at your event. You receive written words and read them yourself.

Price and payment

One speech costs £24.99, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for this purchase. Your payment is made to Paddle, and Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax or VAT. Their terms apply to the payment itself and are available at paddle.com/legal/terms.

Delivery

After paying, you receive an email with a link to a short form. Your speech is delivered within three hours of you submitting that form — not within three hours of payment, since we cannot begin until we have your details.

Delivery is by email only. It is your responsibility to give us a working email address and to check your spam folder.

Rewrites

One free rewrite is included per order. Tell us what to change and we will rewrite the speech once at no extra cost. Further rewrites are not included.

What we ask of you

• The details you submit must be yours to share, and lawful.
• Do not submit content that is defamatory, harassing, or intended to humiliate anyone.
• The speech is for your personal use at your event. Do not resell it.

We may decline or refund an order that breaches the above.

Your speech is yours

Once delivered and paid for, the speech is yours to use, edit, and perform. We keep a copy so we can handle rewrites and support requests.

How the speech is written

We use AI-assisted writing tools, guided by the specific details you give us, to produce your speech. The result is shaped around your own memories rather than assembled from a template.

Limits

We do our best to deliver on time and to a good standard, but we cannot accept liability beyond the amount you paid for the order.
