Refund Policy

The short version

If your speech has not been delivered yet, you can have a full refund, no questions asked. If it has been delivered and you are not happy with it, we will rewrite it free. If the rewrite still misses, contact us and we will look at a refund.

Before your speech is delivered

Full refund on request, for any reason. Email us before the speech arrives and we will cancel and refund the order.

If we miss the three-hour window

Your speech is free. If we do not deliver within three hours of you submitting the form, tell us and we will refund the order in full.

After delivery

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, we cannot take it back once it is in your inbox. What we offer instead is one free rewrite — tell us what feels wrong and we will write it again.

If the rewrite still is not right, email us. We would rather refund you than have you give a speech you do not believe in.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. By submitting the form and asking us to begin writing, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that automatic right of withdrawal once the speech has been delivered. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

How to request a refund

Email orders@weddingspeechwriter.uk with the email address you used to order. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment provider, to the original payment method — usually within five to ten working days.
