What we collect
- Your email address, so we can send you the form and your finished speech.
- What you write in the form — your name, the couple's names, your relationship to them, and the memories you choose to share.
- Order records from Paddle: transaction id, amount, and currency. We never see or store your card details.
What we do with it
We use your details to write your speech, deliver it, and handle any rewrite. That is all. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email.
Who else sees it
- Paddle — payment processing, as merchant of record.
- Cloudflare — hosting and database.
- Resend — email delivery.
- DeepSeek — the AI writing service that helps draft your speech. The details you submit are sent to this service to produce your text.
Each processes your data only to provide their part of the service.
How long we keep it
Order records and briefs are kept for up to 12 months so we can handle rewrites, support, and refunds, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete yours.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email orders@weddingspeechwriter.uk and we will act within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Paddle's checkout sets what it needs to process your payment securely.
